    • Gas Flow ranges: 0-1000 SL/min N² (or N² equivalent),
      21 nominal range options
    • Accuracy: ± 1.5% of FSD (optional 1% calibration available)
    • Repeatability: ± 0.5% of FSD
    • Standard Conditions: 1013 mbarg and 21.1ºC
    • Pressure: 34.5 barg maximum (low pressure drop)
    • Temperature: 5 to 50ºC gas and ambient
    • Time Constant: 800 ms
    • Output Signals: Linear 0-5 VDC or 4-20 mA
    • Transducer Input Power: +12VDC, 24VDC optional
    • Digital Display: Optional, programmable 4 digit direct reading
    • Process Connections: ¼˝ to ⅜˝ depending upon range
    • Wetted parts materials: Options, Stainless Steel, Anodised Aluminium, Brass
    • Seals: Viton, Neoprene and Kalrez
    • Leak Integrity: 1x 10-7 smL/ sec of helium maximum to the outside environment
